How Do You Fit the Figure 8 Strap Ankle Support?

The Neo G Ankle Support is simple to fit with three simple steps (please see the diagram below or this informational video for a visual demonstration):

1. Slip the support on like a sock and secure the top strap, wrap the second strap over your foot
2. Once under your foot, pull the second strap over again and behind the back of your ankle
3. Wrap it around and back down across diagonally, Secure the strap. It should resemble a figure 8

How Tight Should the Support Be?

The tightness of the support will depend on your desired fit and level of compression. The figure 8 design is highly customisable and allows for loosening or tightening depending on your recovery and personal preference. For safety. the support should not be uncomfortably tight or restrict blood flow.
