How Do You Fit the Neo G Compression Ankle Support?
The Neo G Ankle Support is simple to fit with three simple steps (please see the diagram below):
- Slip the support on like a sock and get a hold of both straps
- Pull the front strap over your foot and secure it to your desired tightness
- Pull the top strap over the top of your ankle and secure it to your desired tightness
How Tight Should the Support Be?
The tightness of the support will depend on your desired fit and level of compression. The two-strap design is highly customisable and allows for loosening or tightening depending on your recovery and personal preference. For safety, the support should not be uncomfortably tight or restrict blood flow.
