Delivery Options

We know how important it is to receive delivery of your goods as quickly as possible, and this is especially true for products like ankle supports that can be crucial to your recovery. Every care is taken to ensure that your product reaches you as quickly as possible in the best condition.

We use the Royal Mail postal service, as well as other trusted couriers, to deliver our items. This ensures that you receive your products as quickly as possible by a trusted delivery provider. Although we deliver throughout the UK (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), we do not ship internationally.

UK delivery fees

UK delivery is FREE for orders of £40 and over. For orders below the £40 threshold, delivery will cost £3.95 (including VAT).

Some larger or heavier items will be couriered to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or UK offshore islands. In these cases, we may need to contact you to arrange for a courier supplement charge, but only if your item is one that requires a courier and you live in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or UK offshore islands.

When will your order be dispatched?

We are focused on ensuring that you receive your item as quickly as possible – over 95% of orders placed before 2.00pm on our website are dispatched the same day by Royal Mail post or courier.
