How Do I Use the Ankle Support?

To fit the Thermoskin Sports Adjustable Ankle Support, follow these simple instructions:

1. Place the loop of the support over your heel with the strap angled towards the outside of your foot and facing your toes
2. Pull the strap gently and wrap it over the bridge of your foot and then down around your foot arch
3. Tighten the strap as you cross over the bridge of your foot
4. Wrap the strap around the outside of the ankle and then back on itself, securing the Velcro in place
